Please note that for items that come into direct contact with the skin, such as stockings and socks, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, tried on, used, or damaged due to customer reasons, for hygiene reasons.

For products that are unopened and still in their original packaging, we will consider requests for returns or exchanges depending on the situation.
