Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your LimerenceM order. If it isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window

  • **30 days from delivery** to request a return.
  • Items must be **unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached** and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items

  • Worn or washed hosiery (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked **final sale**
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged from misuse

How to start a return

1. Email **hilimerencem@gmail.com** within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a short reason.

2. We'll send return instructions and a return address within 1–2 business days.

3. Ship the item back tracked. **Return shipping is paid by the customer** unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within **5–7 business days** to the original payment method.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong item, **email us within 7 days of delivery** with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. Return the original for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you want.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
