Shipping Policy

**LimerenceM is a Japan-based brand** that ships directly to all 50 US states from our warehouse in Japan.
> **Good news:** Your order price includes US import duties. **No surprise charges at delivery.**

Delivery time is from the date your order ships, not the date you place it. Orders usually leave the warehouse within 1–3 business days.
Customs & address — please read
Because we ship internationally, some orders may go through US customs. To avoid delays or returns at the border:
- Provide your **accurate full legal name in English** (first and last) — must match your government ID
- Provide a **complete US address** including apartment / unit number and ZIP code
- Provide a **valid phone number** in case customs needs to contact you
**We are not responsible for delays, refused deliveries, or return fees caused by incorrect address or contact info.** Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
Customs duties & taxes — Included (DDP)
Your order ships **Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)** — meaning **all US import duties and taxes are already included in the price you see at checkout**. You will not be asked to pay anything extra when the package arrives.
Exception: orders over $800 USD may require additional customs documentation. If this applies, we'll contact you before shipping. Standard orders are fully covered.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it after 3 business days, check your spam folder or email us at **hilimerencem@gmail.com**.
P.O. boxes & APO/FPO
- Standard shipping: P.O. boxes accepted on most orders.
- Expedited shipping: **P.O. boxes not accepted** — please use a physical street address.
Order changes
We process orders quickly — changes can only be made within **2 hours of placing an order**. After that, the order is in fulfillment and can't be modified.
Lost or stuck packages
If tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days, email **hilimerencem@gmail.com** with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Holidays & sales
During major sales (Black Friday, holiday season) and major US/international holidays, shipping may take a few additional days. We'll post notices on the site when this applies.
