Our Story
LimerenceM was founded in Tokyo with a single obsession: legwear that disappears against the skin, yet transforms how you feel wearing it.
The word limerence describes an involuntary state of enchantment — that first,breathless moment of falling. We named our house after it because that's what a truly weightless pair of hosiery should feel like: 1-denier sheerness so light you forget you're wearing anything, until you catch your own reflection.
From our atelier in Tokyo, we design, prototype, and quality-check every collection — from ultra-thin 1D transparency to structured compression legwear — before shipping directly to customers across Japan, the United States, and beyond.

Every product is developed in-house and produced with partner mills in Japan and East Asia that meet our standards for yarn quality,knitting precision, and finishing.
Where We Ship From
All orders ship directly from our fulfillment center in Tokyo, Japan.
- Japan: 3–5 business days via Yamato / Japan Post
- United States: 5–10 business days International
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days via tracked international mail
For US and international customers: we are a Japan-based direct-to consumer brand. Your order ships internationally from Tokyo, and you'll receive tracking as soon as it leaves our warehouse. Import duties, if any, are handled per our Shipping Policy
