These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of limerencem.us and purchases from LimerenceM.

1. Operator

2. Acceptance and eligibility

By using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live to place an order.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information, safeguarding account credentials, and notifying us of suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the Site, or our legal rights.

4. Products and availability

We try to describe and display products accurately. Colors may vary by screen and lighting, and hosiery fit may vary by body type. Product availability is not guaranteed. We may correct genuine errors or limit quantities before accepting an order.

5. Orders and contract formation

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. A sales contract is formed when we accept the order by dispatching it or otherwise confirming acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, payment failure, a material pricing error, legal restrictions, or unavailable inventory. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the cancelled amount.

6. Prices, currency, taxes, and promotions

Prices may be displayed in US dollars or another currency based on the selected market. The currency, product price, shipping charge, discount, and tax shown at the final checkout step govern the transaction, subject to correction of an obvious error before acceptance.

Eligible orders of US$69 or more, or the displayed local-currency equivalent, receive free standard shipping where available. Eligibility is based on the merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts; expedited shipping is excluded.

Import duties and taxes are handled according to our Shipping Policy. US orders are shipped DDP. Other destination charges are included only when checkout expressly states that they are included.

7. Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify and our payment providers. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected method. The timing of authorization and capture may vary by payment method.

8. Shipping, returns, and cancellations

Our Shipping Policy explains processing, delivery estimates, customs, and shipping charges. Our Refund & Return Policy explains voluntary returns, hygiene-sealed products, defects, refunds, and statutory withdrawal rights.

9. Mandatory consumer rights

Products are supplied subject to guarantees and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or replaces any mandatory consumer right, product warranty, withdrawal right, or remedy available under the law that applies to you.

10. Intellectual property

The Site and its text, product photography, graphics, logos, design, and other content are owned by or licensed to RAIMI CO., LTD. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, exploit, or create derivative commercial uses of Site content without permission or another lawful basis.

11. Reviews and other user content

If you submit a review, photograph, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is lawful and accurate. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt for formatting, display, and use that content in connection with the Site, our products, and our marketing. You retain ownership of your content. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

12. Acceptable use

You must not use the Site to commit fraud or another unlawful act; introduce malicious code; interfere with security or operation; collect personal information without authorization; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or use automated means to scrape the Site in violation of applicable law or our express instructions.

13. Third-party services

The Site may rely on or link to services operated by third parties, including payment, delivery, social-media, and ecommerce providers. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply to their services.

14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or mandatory consumer remedies. Any limitation is applied only to the extent permitted by the law applicable to the claim.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence. Subject to any non-waivable right to bring a claim elsewhere, the Tokyo District Court will be the court of first instance.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively to reflect changes in the Site, our operations, or applicable law. The revised effective date will be posted above. Material changes do not retroactively reduce rights attached to an order already accepted unless permitted by law.
